About
For Charlotte inspiration for her illustration is found in the strangest of places, from a soul moving hum in a Florence + Machine track to the flaky pages of a old dusty book. She prefers to work with pencil and graphite on clean white paper and allowing her image to develop naturally. Since discovering the beauty and complex nature of anatomy it has played a large part within her work and still influences her illustration. Realist imagery is what Charlotte aims to portray in her work.
Clients and Features include: Graduate Fashion Week 2008, The Big Book of Contemporary Illustration by Martin Dawber, Illustration Magazine, Don’t Magazine, Synk Magazine, Juxtapoz Magazine, DIGJEST Magazine, Phillip Colbert/Rodnik, Oh My Jimmy/Jimmy Ho, as well as various personal photography/illustration client projects.
